WIU Alumni Directory Delay Update
Ìý
Thank you for your participation in the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Illinois University Alumni Directory project. We continue to communicate with our partners at PCI regarding the extensive delay on the hard copy of the directory. Below is information contained in an email sent from Drew Clancy, the President of PCI, to those of you who purchased the hard copy directory:
Thank you so much for your purchase of the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Illinois University Alumni Directory.
We are writing to provide an update on your much anticipated publication order. Due to continued challenges affecting our print vendors, it is taking us longer than originally anticipated to complete the project. We apologize that the original directory release timing was not met. Our expectation is to be able to have your publication released in fall 2025. Once released, delivery can take up to a few weeks, depending on where you live.
If the digital variant was included as part of your purchase, those variants have been released; and, you should have received an email providing you access to that version.
The ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Illinois University Alumni Association is in no way responsible for this delay. PCI greatly appreciates your understanding and patience throughout this process and unexpected delay. We encourage you to contact us directly should you have any questions about your order. We can be reached at 1-800-982-1590 or by email at PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com.
We are proud to have partnered with the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Illinois University Alumni Association and we are confident you will enjoy this unique collection.
Thank you again for your participation in this important project.
Sincerely,
Drew Clancy
President
