Greg Montalvo, Ph.D.

Greg Montalvo is a Professor of Educational听Psychology in the听School of Education.听 He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of听learning and instruction, achievement听motivation, human development,听assessment of student learning, and听methods of research.听 He听earned his PhD in Instructional Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and his primary work involves the instructional听application of learning听and motivation principles.听 Dr. Montalvo previously served as the Assistant Dean for Educator听Preparation at WIU and Interim Chair of the Department of Educational Studies.
